Several local Fox stations have started putting large graphics across
the screen during their segments. I noticed it yesterday in Minnesota,
Austin and Houston. It looks to be a corporate initiative and not
something decided on by the local stations.
As you can see in the pictures from Boston below, it SEVERELY inhibits our
Boot viewing ability. This is Dr. Julie Johnson and you can tell that she
has on a very nice pair of knee high black suede boots, but unfortunately the
graphics were up from the beginning of the segment to the end.
I wish they could give us a clear view for even a few seconds at the
beginning and at the end of each segment.
