As you can see in the first picture (about 5 seconds in to the video), Nicole straightens her right leg out so that we can see the boots do slide over the knee.
Most of you know that this blog started as the ALIX KENDALL WORSHIP SITE, featuring pictures of Alix Kendall of Fox 9 in Minneapolis. It was after I discovered some videos of Nicole Koglin wearing boots that I decided to broaden the focus. So Nicole deserves some credit for being the impetus to make this a nationwide (and occasional world wide) newswomen in boots site.
Nicole does a nice leg cross in the last ten seconds of the video to give us some good boot views.
