runner-ups last year and will be 
AUTOMATICALLY nominated for this year's voting. 
*PLEASE NOTE
Robin Meade, Alix Kendall 
and Meredith Vieira are all 
IN the Hall of Fame.
So there is no need to nominate them again.
And this is the nomination process,  not the actual voting.
That will commence sometime in the next few weeks.

The voting should be based mostly on the frequency and variety of Boot wearing along with a smaller emphasis on trendiness of the Boots and even acceptance of our Blog.
