It's M.A. Rosko, who is is a reporter on the Fox 9 Morning News and on the Buzz.
She's good friends with Alix Kendall as they've been together on the Fox 9 Morning News since it's inception in 1999, when it was called Good Day Minnesota.
We don't get to see M.A. in boots very often but this unique video is taken off camera during a segment that took place at the Mall of America.
It's too bad Mary Alice doesn't boot up more, as she looks great wearing them.
Hopefully this year will bring more sightings.
