Today on her Facebook Page, Angela Davis of WCCO in Minneapolis wrote "Nothing says the first day of a new ratings period like a bright new dress AND a pair of
KNEE-HIGH BOOTS.
I have to wonder if WCCO finally realized that in order to keep up with their morning news competition,
the ladies are going to have to boot up more often?
It's a good start, but they're going to have to learn how to mix in some wide shots when Angela gets out from behind the desk in order to get us some boot views.
